Cancellation Policy for creators creating an Experience
As a creator, we understand that life happens and sometimes it's necessary to cancel your scheduled experience with guests. However, we also want to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience and avoid any inconvenience caused by cancellations. Therefore, we have created the following cancellation policy:
1. Creator-initiated cancellations
If you need to cancel an experience, please email us at admin@expitra.com. If you cancel more than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled experience start time, there will be no penalty. If you cancel 24 hours or less before the scheduled start time, you will not receive any of the booking fees as customers will be fully refunded and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the total bookings for the experience to your account. Repeated cancellations may result in your account being suspended or terminated, so please make every effort to avoid having to cancel experiences.
2. Customer-initiated cancellations
If a participant cancels an experience, they will receive a full refund if they do so at least 24 hours after booking on Expitra. If a participant cancels 24 hours or less before the scheduled start time or does not show up for the experience, they will not receive a refund, and you will still be paid in full for the experience.
3. Exceptions
In some cases, such as severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and make a determination based on the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy for creators creating travel Experience
As a travel operator that offers trips and tours around the world, we understand that unexpected circumstances can happen that may result in a canceled trip or tour. In the event of a cancellation, we have devised the following policy:
1. Creator-initiated cancellations
If the operator (you) cancels the trip or tour due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural calamities, civil disturbances or minimum number not met, the customer will receive a full refund. If you cancel 7 days or less before the scheduled start time for the trip, you will not receive any of the booking fees as customers will be fully refunded and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the total bookings for the experience to your account. Repeated cancellations may result in your account being suspended or terminated, so please make every effort to avoid having to cancel experiences.
